"Natalie has done exceptionally well with teaching herself a number of new software systems and assisting others with troubleshooting technical issues related to their business processes and webform automation. She has migrated us to Smartsheet and Asana for project management to modernize our workflows and organization internally. She has done an excellent job of laying out and sending our communications and staying on top of our annual communications calendar. As always, Natalie continues to be a respected team player, mentor to our student ambassadors and quick learner. She elevates the office with her optimism, energy, and sense of humor. We missed Natalie very much during each of her vacations this year!
